3rd Anniversary of SacPD Blog

This is the 3^rd anniversary of the Sacramento Police Department blog. In 2006, when we started, we were third in the nation to start a law enforcement agency blog. We found that the “Ask Officer Michelle” portion received the most attention from the public. Soon after, we added an “Ask the Recruiter” section for those hopeful to join us. After a three-year run, according to “Google” statistics, our blog is a very popular interactive public law enforcement blog with viewers from around the world .

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for reading the blog and for helping it become such a success. Blog moderator Mary McFadden and I sincerely enjoy helping each and every one of you by answering your questions and concerns. We will continue to provide this service for you and hope to continue to meet your needs.

To date, we have posted over 1,200 entries, and we’ve enjoyed writing every one. Spread the word…if you have a law enforcement question, just “Ask Officer Michelle.”
