Hello,

I’m wondering if of the following drug use will permanently disqualify me from a career in Law enforcement?

Marijuana
Cocaine
Mushrooms

Drug use in a law enforcement process is never a good thing, but it is evaluated on a case-by-case basis during a background process.  Background investigators will evaluate the type of drugs used and the number of times used.  They will also evaluate the rest of your background as a whole.
