Is it okay to call 911 when someone in my apartment is setting off fireworks late at night?

If I do call can i remain anonymous?

 

Dear TheName,

If you sense anything dangerous occurring such as you described, you should call 911. You may request to remain anonymous if you don’t want your neighbors to know who called.
