The victim was walking on Arden Way and bent down to tie his shoe. Two black male adults walked past him. One grabbed his feet, which proned the victim out. The second suspect punched the victim a couple of times. The victim’s cell phone was taken.

Officers responded to E Commerce to the report of a kidnapping. The 17-year-old female reported that she willingly went with a subject from area of Stockton/Lawrence on Thursday, 12/18, and that the subject would not let her leave as of Friday, 12/19.
